Breakfast:

2 hard boiled eggs

1 plate cucumber salad

 

Snack:

5 plums or 1 apple or 1 peach

(Lower than 200 grams)

 

Lunch:

1 piece toasted wheat bread with a bowl of cucumber salad

 

Cucumber Salad Recipe Ingredients:

400 grams of cucumber

200 ml of sour milk or yogurt

a pinch  of salt

1 fresh onion

 

Instructions:

To begin with, peel and cut the vegetable to small pieces, Next, add the salt and mix it well. Finish it off by adding some milk or yogurt and mix gently. Just add the onion and it is ready to serve.

 

Snacks:

Cucumber shake

Cucumber Shake Recipe Ingredients:

1 cucumber

1 apple

a hand of washed spinach

Some fresh ginger

 

Instructions:

Just add all the ingredients in a blender and mix it well. Next, transfer the mixture in a glass and drink it fresh.

 

Dinner:

Choose a fruit of your choice that is (300 grams)
