Chippa United set to Welcome Kaizer Chiefs at Nelson Mandela Bay stadium in Wednesday night kick off 19:30

Chilli boys and Amakhosi have met just over the month ago in a Telkom knockout quarter final encounter where Chiefs sealed a 1-0 win with a goal scored by Benard Parker. The match had  some controversial refereeing decisions, and towards the end of the game Itumeleng Khune collided with Kurt Lentjies which saw the Chiefs goalkeeper substituted as both players could not continue after the collision. Daniel Cardoso took over Khune’s gloves as Chiefs used up all their substitutions

In an after match interview Teboho Moloi chippa united head  coach found it challenging to accept the over roll outcome as he believed that decisions taken by the referee highly favored the glamour boys.

Both teams are going to this game after they both played a draw, Chippa drawing with Sundowns meanwhile chiefs drawing with Free State Stars.

Chiefs haven’t won any league game since they recorded a 2-1 win against Mamelodi Sundowns in October; they have been playing a numbers of draws in their last four results.

Meanwhile Chilli boys are also experiencing win less games having recorded two consecutive draws with Free Stars 1-1 away from home and goalless draw against Sundowns. They last recorded a 2-0 win against Wits away from home.

In today’s game both teams will be looking out to score goals and leave with three points.
