Pitso Mosimane has made a statement that due to his fear of losing to Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday, he may resort to parking the bus regardless of what he has said about the tactic in the past before.

Mamelodi Sundowns currently hold a 5 points lead over Kaizer Chiefs who are on third place and know that a loss against Amakhosi may put them in danger in their hopes of clinching the league title this season. Heaven knows if Mosimane’s words are a mind game or something he will actually do on Saturday.

“I’m scared of Chiefs; maybe we do five at the back. I’m responding to what the table says. We don’t want to lose at FNB. We have to be smart. We don’t want to lose. You might not win but we are not losing so we have to be conservative, probably, why not. Maybe it’s always the first time.

Mosimane believes they are the underdogs going into the game because Chiefs have the home advantage, considering they are equally in the race for the league title. He says he expects Chiefs to come all guns blazing but will prepare his team for that.

“We are playing away, so somebody must attack. We will take it nice and easy in that match. They must also attack us. We will be very conservative. Give you the ball also, you must also come to us”, added Mosimane.

Both the teams will go into the crucial encounter fresh from weekend victories where Sundowns hammered Platinum Stars 3-1 and Chiefs fighting back to edge Baroka 2-1 respectively.
