Whipped Cream Pudding For Your Easter Lunch Dessert

If you are having family over this Easter weekend, try out this simple dessert that will get your taste buds dancing. This is for everyone even if you do not have a sweet-tooth; I trust you will enjoy this divine dessert.  



250ml Whip Cream

6 Meringues

10 Marshmallows

6 Amoretti Biscuits

6 Shortbread Biscuits

1 Tin Peach Slices

1 Tablespoon Castor Sugar

1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence



Place the whip cream, castor sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.

Whip until it just starts to get thick.

Place in the fridge to chill.

Drain peach slices; cut in half and place in a large serving bowl.

Take the amoretti biscuits and short bread biscuits and break them but not too finely.

Place in the serving bowl with the peaches.

Cut the marshmallows in quarters and add to the peaches.

Now crumble the meringues and add to the peaches.

Remove cream from the fridge and whisk for 1 minute

Pour over the mixture in the serving bowl.

Now mix in a folding motion until everything is well coated in cream.

Scoop ice cream of your choice into serving glasses.

Then scoop generous portions of the mixture over the ice cream.

Garnish with chopped nuts and chocolate shavings and serve.



You can use any biscuits you prefer.

You can also build it up in layers.

Garnish can be glazed cherries, or just fruit syrups.
