MTN Is South Africa’s Most Valuable Brand

JOHANNESBURG: MTN’s brand is worth R44.2 billion, according to Brand Finance’s South African Top-50 Brands.

That makes it South Africa’s most valuable brand, by far. According to Brand Finance South Africa Director Jeremy Sampson, the most valuable brands in South Africa are the following:

  • MTN (R44.2 billion)
  • Vodacom (R27.5 billion)
  • FNB (R19.4 billion)
  • Absa (R18.9 billion)
  • Standard Bank (R18.5 billion)
