JOHANNESBURG: Chiefs football manager has since announced the landing of the dribbling wizard on a three-year contract.
Kaizer Chiefs have given the perfect response to their criticized transfer window activities by capturing a big fish in Khama Billiat who joins on a free transfer from league Champions Mamelodi Sundowns.
The 27-year-old Zimbabwean international has been subject of rumors as to where he would be playing next season after rejecting countless efforts by Sundowns to keep him at the club. Chiefs football manager has since announced the landing of the dribbling wizard on a three-year contract.
Apart from their marquee signing in Billiat’s signature, the club also announced the signings of Left-back defender Letlohonolo Mirwa who comes from ABC Motsepe League side Buya Msuthu FC on a three-year deal with a one-year option.
The club also announced midfielder Andriamirado Andrianarimanana from Fosa Juniors in Madagascar who was selected as the best player at the recent COSAFA cup that was staged in South Africa.
“It is with great pleasure that we welcome these players into the Kaizer Chiefs family,” said Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung on the club’s website.
Chiefs are yet to announce a new coach as they start their pre-season on Monday
