Dax Joins Kaizer Chiefs After Controversy

JOHANNESBURG: Motaung has confirmed the arrival of Madagascar attacking midfielder Andriamirado Aro Hasina ‘Dax’ Andrianarimanana at Naturena to link up with the rest of the team.

Amakhosi had initially announced the signing of the 27-year-old attacking midfielder during pre-season but the move was however intercepted by his former club Fosa Juniors who claimed Chiefs had not followed protocol in their acquisition of the player. The matter has however been resolve and Dax is now a Glamour Boy.
 
“We have been working hard to ensure that the player comes to South Africa. We now have to work on finalizing all his paperwork and medicals but what’s important for us and the supporters is that he is here,” confirmed Kaizer Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung on the club’s official website.
 
The player who caught Amakhosi’s eye during the 2018 COSAFA Cup that was played in South Africa touched down at Naturena and says he is happy with what he saw and is also overwhelmed to be back in South Africa to play football with one of the biggest club’s in the country. 
 
“I am glad to be in South Africa.“Wow! This is a truly amazing place,” he expressed. 
 
Andrianarimanana will be eager to make a quick mark in the Chiefs midfield and be a regular name in the starting eleven as the club is below their depth in the department.
